Raspberry Cookies

Cookie time! Ok, I made cookies again...I can't help it...cookies are so easy to make, so delicious and I can't eat so many!!! These cookies are perfect if you have very little ingredients at home. My grandmother used to bake these all the time when i was a little girl. I love cookies with jam, the sweetness and juiciness of the jam and then the crunchy cookie...mmmm.

Raspberry Cookies, 40pcs

3 tbsp sugar
100 g butter
2 1/2 dl flour
2 dl raspberry jam

Glaze
1 dl icing sugar
1 tbsp water

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

Mix sugar and butter porous. Add the flour and combine.

Shape the dough into 2 lenghts, flatten a bit with your fingers. Flatten in the middle where you then put the raspberry jam.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cookies get some colour.

Mix icing sugar and water into a glaze and coil over the cookie lenghts. Cut the lenghts diagonally, about 2 cm wide. Cool down and enjoy!

I hope you like them as much as I do!
