White Chocolate Mousse with Passion Fruit

I made this marvellous dessert this Friday and it was highly appreciated! It's a very good choice if you are planning a dinner party and want to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen once your guests have arrived. Another excellent thing about this dessert is that is doesn't require much effort before the guests arrive either... :-)

White Chocolate Mousse with Passion Fruit, 4pcs

1 dl double cream
1 dl Turkish yogurt
100 g white chocolate
1/2 vanilla pod
4 passion fruits

Whip the cream until it turns quite firm.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, medium heat,  but be careful as white chocolate turns crumbly in high temperatures. Add the vanilla seeds to the melting chocolate and combine.

Add white chocolate and Turkish yogurt to the whipped cream and blend carefully.

Divide the mousse in 4 dessert cups and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Cut the passion fruits in half and use a spoon to remove the seeds. One passion fruit per portion is usually just right.
