Sticky Toffee Cookies

These Toffee Cookies are irresistible! And the best thing is that they are super easy and quick to make and you do not need a lot of ingredients either. It takes less than 30 minutes, so they are perfect to bake when you have guests and nothing prepared. Or if you just want a treat for yourself:-).

Sticky Toffee Cookies

100g butter
1dl sugar
1tbs syrup
2,5dl flour
1tsp baking-powder
1tbs vanilla sugar

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together into a dough. It's easiest to just use your hands.

Roll the dough into 3 finger thick lenghts, almost as long as your baking plate. Put oven paper onto your baking plate and then place the lenghts on it. Flatten the lenghts some.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes at 175 degrees C.

Cut the lenghts into pieces while still warm. Split the cookies apart when once they have cooled down.
